Cancellation policy

A. Returns and damage in transit

Google translation. In case of divergence due to translation, the German version will be valid.


You can help make a return easy and inexpensive. We have two requests for this and in return we promise to deal with it in a friendly manner.

  • In the event of obvious major damage to packaging and goods , please notify the supplier (shipping service) and then refuse acceptance if necessary.
  • Please inform us immediately of this incident. You will then receive a new delivery.
  • Other recognizable transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Please no non-free and returns not agreed with us! Please stamp the return sufficiently to avoid penalty postage!

Of course, your rights remain, e.g. Warranty claim and limitation period received; see the return policy below and the general terms and conditions (GTC).

 

B. Packaging

We are an environmentally friendly company. We therefore strive to avoid unnecessary packaging and reuse used materials. We would also like to ask you to make a contribution to environmental protection and, if possible, continue to use the packaging materials or dispose of them in accordance with local regulations. Of course, we can also proceed in accordance with the regulation of the packaging regulations. More on this in the terms and conditions § 9

 

C. Return policy

Rules

You can return the goods received without reason within two weeks by returning the goods (but it would be nice if you would let us know if something went wrong). The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of the recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before our information obligations are fulfilled according to § 312c Abs.2 BGB in connection with § 1 Abs.1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e Abs.1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. You can only declare the return by requesting a return in text form for goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods). In order to meet the deadline, the timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient.
In any case, the return is at your expense and risk. The return or the return request must be made to:

Return consequences
In the event of an effective return, the services received on both sides must be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) that have been drawn must be returned , This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as you could have done in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the goods as your property and by refraining from anything that affects their value.
Obligations to reimburse payments To be done within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.
